Positive, The room was clean and the location made it super easy to explore the city center. Facilities were great, especially the breakfast. The parking garage is convenient and right under the building. A solid choice for a short stay 😊

Had a FAIRLY NICE stay in a business trip, everything was great. I had a queen room and it was functional with free internet connection.

Clean and the staff was exceptionally helpful and attentive. The breakfasts were perfect and adequate with tastey rolls and sliced meats and croissants. The venue was set in the central position near to all the stores in the shopping area of Trier as well as the Roman buildings, the old centre, the cathedral, the marketplace. Everything was fine and met the demands.

The ability to get entry codes for late check-in made arriving easy.
Accessing the room can be a real hassle. Inputting the six-digit code on the door panel is awkward, and the door handle often feels jammed. The beds leave much to be desired. Combining two twin mattresses for a double bed means they shift around, leading to some uncomfortable nights, compounded by the pillows that are not up to par. Noise from other guests returning late can keep you up-all too common in this place.

Great location for walking to all the sites in Trier. The staff was very helpful, and spoke good English. We would stay there again.
With no air conditioning, we needed to open the window at night, and could hear commotion from the bar a couple doors down. (We stayed during a weekend, which may have made a difference.) We used our sound machine to block out the noise and slept fine, but without it, it would have been a problem.

The hotel was perfect for a short trip to Trier. Great location breakfast was good value and the young girl on reception/breakfast duty was very helpful. Busy road with some road nosie but still had a good night's sleep.

I almost thought this hotel was decent, until i dealt with the shower that alternated from scalding hot to freezing. And don't even get me started on the breakfast, it's practically supermarket leftovers! A complimentary upgrade woudl ve been a nice gesture after all this nonsense. Guess my expectations were just way too high.

Good or Bad? Let me explain.
The location was excellent for pedestrian access to historic sites, surrounded by pubs and restaurants. Breakfast offered a quality variety that satisfied our mornings.
Parking spaces are very small, and the third bed in our room was uncomfortable for sleeping. Instead, we ventured out for coffee since there were no complimentary options.

The hotel was centrally placed with easy access to the town centre. The rooms were comfortably furnished. The staff were friendly and helpful.
It was a bit noisy at night from nearby properties. There are very limited facilities at the hotel - there is no bar or restaurant, only a breakfast room, and a vending machine for snacks and drinks. You are directed to a restaurant away from the hotel if you want an evening meal.

Central location, nice rooms, helpful staff, really good breakfasts. Underground car parking available at extra cost.
Access to most rooms requires that you use stairs. Reception and dining room are too warm in hot weather.

Very accomodating staff in a centrally-located hotel. Its partner restaurant "Kiste" shares the same high level of customer service and quality.
Exterior signage is very poor...even with GPS, we drove by the place and had to circle several blocks for a second go at it.

The location was central to the shops and restaurants. It was a short walk to the Porto Negri and the pedestrian walkway.
